Climate change, Heavy Monsoon and floods in Pakistan

 Pakistan has been effected immensely by the floods. People lost lives, homes, livestock, diseases increased. The floods were due to the heavy Monsoon recorded in Pakistan. Many people have sighted that this drastic change in rainfall is a hint to climatic change. 

The million dollar question that arises is will the climate change contributors help Pakistan in this crises?
